COLORADO ROOFING ASSOCIATION . . . THE VOICE. . .CRA's continued commitment to promote the ethics, education and image of the roofing industry in our State has brought about positive changes for our members in recent years. We feel that these changes continue to enhance the value of membership in the Colorado Roofing Association. As a member of the CRA, your organization may take advantage of the following benefits:

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS & LUNCH . . .the CRA has four membership meetings per year with speakers presenting on current hot topics affecting our local and national roofing industry.

NEWSLETTER . . . monthly newsletter filled with up-to-date association activities and events; insight on local, state and national roofing news; and where member input is appreciated.

LEGISLATION . . . our active Legislative committee, as a member of the Colorado Construction Reform Coalition, continually fights for the CRA membership to reform and improve the contracting community and our rights by keeping members informed as well as represented at the Capitol.

EDUCATION . . .CRA holds several pinpoint seminars and tabletop shows throughout the year that target specific roofing areas with the goal in increasing your knowledge and awareness of each (i.e.: Silica exposure, metal roofing, underlayments, self-adhered membranes, etc.).

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION DIVIDEND PLAN & SAFETY GROUP . . . receive a 4% upfront discount, large group purchasing power and much, much more. Members of the program automatically belong to the CRA Safety Group, which focuses on improving safety in the workplace and roofing community and hosts an annual Safety Table Top and Seminar each November.

CRA AWARDS DINNER . . . an evening to honor the “Best of the Best” in Colorado’s Roofing projects and to highlight the achievements of our members. Recognition is given to contractors in both the steep and low slope roofing categories and a Lifetime Achievement Award is presented to an outstanding individual who has contributed to Colorado’s Roofing industry.

TABLE TOP TRADE SHOW . . .a low cost opportunity to make great new contacts with over 400 installer, builders, architects, manufacturers and applicators of roofing products and services.

GOLF TOURNAMENT . . .a networking opportunity that offers you a chance to get away from the office for a little fun and in which a major portion of the profits are donated to CRA’s Scholarship funds at both Red Rock’s Community College & Colorado State University Construction Management programs.

COMMUNITY SERVICE . . .CRA supports the Rebuild Together and has an annual scholarship at both Colorado State University’s Construction Management Program and Red Rocks Community College Construction Program. CRA also donates to such programs as Project Pave, the Colorado Avalanche/Denver Nuggets youth charities, etc.

NETWORKING . . .all our CRA events and seminars give you the opportunity to network and find out what’s happening in the industry, talk to contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, etc. and keep tabs on friends – old and new alike.

MEMBERSHIPS . . . CRA is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, the MidWest Roofing Contractors Association, and the Western States Roofing Contractors Association. When necessary we work closely with these organizations on issues that benefit our industry on a larger scale. We also receive monthly publications and information from these organizations that CRA members are welcome to access.
