Click "Register Now" above, then log in before submitting your table registration. If you're a past exhibitor, we likely already have your email on file for both member and non-member vendors.
If you don’t know your CRA website login or this is your first time using our system, click Log In at the top of this page.
If no account is found or you're a new vendor, select "Create an Account".
Once logged in, go to the Event tab on your dashboard → View All Events → select Trade Show 2026 Vendor to complete your registration.

VENDOR DETAILS
Since 1985, our annual Table Top Trade Show has been a low cost opportunity to make great new contacts with over 1000 installers, builders, architects, manufacturers and applicators of roofing products and services.
"Whether you want to showcase your products and services or build your company image, the CRA Trade Show is for you."
CRA’s Annual Trade Show is designed to provide an educational exhibit of the equipment and materials used in the roofing and associated industries; to provide a platform in Colorado for exhibitors to meet with customers and potential customers on a one-on-one basis; to distribute information on new products and services; and to provide the opportunity for attendees to compare existing products and services.

A double is two 8’ tables. If your pop-up display is wider than 10ft, you will be required to purchase a double. (Contact CRA if you need more than two tables).
Bulk Space: Minimum of 400 Sq ft. No tables or chairs provided. Contact us to discuss your bulk space needs. Other sizes are available.
Tables & Chairs: We will provide 1 - 8' table, two chairs and wastebasket. Tables will be skirted with black linens.
Electrical Service: included with space. You must bring your own extension cords.
Badges Included with table: 1 table = 4 badges, 2 tables = 8 badges, 3 or 4 tables = 12 badges. Any additional badges requested will be billed at $20.00 per name. (If you exceed your booth's badge allotment, please use the Extra Badge line item on the registration link above under the "Add On" section to purchase additional badges. Otherwise, you will be billed accordingly.)
Trash Removal. Please note that vendors are responsible for cleaning & trash removal from their displays. After Jan 29 at 4:30 pm, if trash remains, a $250 fine will be levied, and the vendor responsible for the trash will be charged accordingly.
Special note: Contractors are not permitted to exhibit unless prior approval is given for a product/service being sold/represented.

Show Cancellation Policy. A 75% refund will be issued on all written cancellations received on or before October 1, 2025. A 50% refund will be issued on all written cancellations received on or before December 23, 2025. There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after December 24, 2025. ** There are no refunds for outdoor space in the event of inclement weather on 1-29-26.
