A Conversation with Greg Bloom
Join us for a candid, objective conversation about the realities of contractor acquisitions and ownership transitions. Bringing a national perspective and firsthand observations from across the industry, Greg Bloom of QXO will explore what can happen when a contractor changes hands—from the opportunities and successes to the challenges, unexpected consequences, and lessons learned along the way.
Attendees will gain perspective on:
- What is driving today’s contractor acquisition activity
- The potential opportunities and challenges that come with a transaction
- How ownership changes can affect employees, leadership, customers, and company culture
- Common successes—and casualties—that can emerge during a transition
What contractors can learn from the experiences of companies that have already gone through the process - How these trends may shape the contracting industry moving forward
Whether you’re considering a transition, have experienced one, or simply want to understand what’s happening across the industry, this session will offer valuable perspective on a trend that continues to change the contracting landscape.
