Fahl Safety Consulting and Training provides customized safety training, jobsite consulting, and on-site safety management built for the realities of roofing, a trade where fall protection isn't optional and schedule pressure is constant.
Our team brings over 20 years of experience in occupational safety across roofing, construction, and energy. Our advisors have worked, or still work, on the roof, so we understand the pressures crews and supervisors actually face.
We are not another safety company delivering generic training. By speaking the language of the trade, we help roofing companies build a culture where fall protection, PPE, and every other requirement on the job are second nature, not a checkbox. Every class is delivered in English and Spanish.
What we deliver: On-site safety management and consulting. Jobsite inspections with detailed reporting. OSHA required trainings. Customized toolbox talks. CPR / First Aid / AED training. Incident investigation and corrective action. Safety-related insurance requirements and documentation management.
Signature course: F.A.H.L. Protection is offered in two versions — a 4-hour New Hire class that prepares roofers to recognize jobsite hazards before they set foot on a roof, and a manager class built for supervisors and company leadership. Both go beyond basic compliance, covering OSHA fall-protection requirements, ladder safety, mandatory PPE, hazard communication, and other roofing-specific hazards.
Contractors work with us two ways: a Companywide Safety Management Program, a dedicated safety professional without the expense of a full-time Safety Manager, or a Compliance Partner Program for companies that don't need a full-time program. Both are fully customizable.
