Building Code Panel

We welcome CRA and IIBEC members to join us for a code update and panel of roofing and building code experts. Industry professionals and building code officials will address common issues and solutions within the local roofing industry.  Learn about recent and upcoming building code adoptions and changes being implemented by local jurisdictions and the state legislature that have an impact on the local roofing industry. Join us afterwards for drinks and Hors d’oeuvres!

Program Content

Code Update  (1-2 PM)

• 2024 ICC building codes, Significant Changes to roofing related codes

• 2027 ICC code hearings, Important roofing related codes and those likely to be approved.

• Local Code Changes - most recent State of Colorado, County, and Municipal code changes including the new Green Energy and WUI codes

Building Code Panel  (2-4 PM )

We will be asking industry experts, including roofing professionals and building code officials,  questions from our membership and will have a fire round the last 20 minutes where you can evaluate different points of view on the same issues.

Reception  (4-6 PM)

Join us afterwards for drinks and Hors d’oeuvres.
