Hiring good people is one of the biggest challenges facing roofing companies today.
The next generation of workers is entering the workforce with different expectations, motivations, and priorities. Companies that understand these changes will have a significant advantage when it comes to attracting, engaging, and retaining great employees.
Join us April 1 | 1–5 PM | CRA Training & Event Center for a practical discussion on how roofing companies can better understand and engage the next generation of talent.
This session is valuable for both commercial and residential roofing contractors facing workforce challenges.

Why This Matters
Roofing doesn’t always receive the time or credit it deserves within construction education. But that is beginning to change.
Through collaboration between the Roofing Alliance and Clemson University, new efforts are underway to introduce roofing-specific education into universities and create stronger pathways for the next generation of industry professionals.
This session will explore how those efforts are developing and what they mean for roofing companies looking to build strong teams for the future.
Perfect for Team Development
This session is not just for HR.
It is designed for:
-
Roofing company owners

Managers and supervisors

Sales leaders

Anyone responsible for hiring, managing, or developing teams
