2022 Tournament Highlights

40 Years!!  What a special anniversary.  CRA's 40th Annual Golf Tournament was a great success with 285 members and volunteers and their guests taking a day to relax and have a little fun.  We were able to raise $12,500 for the CRA Training Center and $7,230 for the Rob McReynolds Raise the Roof Fund. We have such awesome members and sponsors!  Thank you.

Congratulations and thank you to everyone who participated. We hoped you enjoyed the day and tournament.

Players started this year’s tournament with breakfast sponsored by American Roofing Supply, Artisan Construction Company, Drexel Metals, G2 Roofing and PrimeSource Building Products.

Waiting in their carts was an extra full “goody bag” for each player that included drawstring 40th Anniversary backpack and divot repair tool from CRA, a sleeve of balls donated by Highline Metals and Sheffield Metals, tees and ball markers and from Moody Insurance Agency, lip balm, sunscreen, sanitizer and water donated by Pinnacol Assurance, water bottle from ABC Supply and various snacks from the CRA.

With the help of our sponsorship dollars and donations from several companies, we were able to place door prizes randomly in 40% of the player Goody Bags including restaurant/retail $50 gift cards, a dozen balls, foursome certificates and much more.  We hope you were one of the lucky winners to find this extra item in your bag! 

On the course we had several other contests including the new Sling Shot, Fruit by Foot and Happy Gilmore Putt Challenges, Hole-in-One, Cannon shot and Chippo contest.  Moody Insurance sponsored the “Hole-In-One for $5,000” cash, but unfortunately, we did not have any hole-in-ones this year. Winners of these contests won Riverdale Pro Shop gift certificates & Top Golf gift cards and our lucky 50/50 ddor prize winner was Jerry Schafer.  Kudos to all these winners!
